Bangladesh NAVY has planned to procure a state of art technology Digital PABX having 04xE1, 36xCO lines and 900 subscribers’ line for installation at NHQ Dhaka. There was NEAX2400 PABX installed by Communications Systems Ltd.
This Contract agreement is signed on 20 May, 2019 for the supply and installation of Digital PABX Exchange with Ancillary equipment and required number of telephone set
Requirements
Our solution
Our client wanted to procure a Digital PABX having 4xE1, 16xGSM,36xCO lines, 400 IP EXT and 900 subscribers’ line .
We always supply reputed brand PABX server. In this project we used NEC brand PABX. Model : SV9500 from japan. We have used E1 card for E1 connection . CO card for analog trunk.
PC base Operator console with 5 operator.
We have used NEC proprietary PC console BCT software . Business ConneCT adds call control, presence, voice- mail, operator and directory services, as well as a comprehensive omni-channel Contact Center to your NEC communication server
